SC Asset Corp has introduced its latest detached-housing project, the Bt2.5-billion Grand Bangkok Boulevard Sathorn on Kalapapruk Road.
The luxury project comprises just 132 units on an overall 50-rai (8 hectare) plot, with the houses coming in a choice of two types: Grand Soana, with 316 square metres of usable space; and Grand Pechora, with 348 square metres. Grand Soana homes cost from Bt16 million.
The project has a range of facilities such as clubhouse, fitness centre and prestige double security system.
AQ Estate launches spacious 15 Gates
AQ Estate has launched the 15 Gates detached-housing project, located on Praditmanuthum Road.
The Bt300-million project has only 15 units, each with 350 square metres of usable space on a 52.95-square-wah (212 square metre) plot. Prices start at Bt19 million per unit.
The homes have been designed in modern luxury style, combining more functions for home-owners who need extra space for all their family members.
Two VIO condo projects from Adamus
Adamus Real Estate has introduced two condominiums, the VIO Kai Rai and VIO Tiwanond, together worth Bt2 billion. The projects, which are located close to the new Bang Sui-Bang Yai MRT rail route, comprise 882 units – 125 in the VIO Kai Rai, and 757 in the VIO Tiwanond – with prices starting from Bt1.98 million.
The VIO Kai Rai is an eight-storey condominium, while the VIO Tiwanond is a high-rise – at 36 storeys.

Land & Houses has launched its latest detached-housing project, the Inizio 2 Pinklao-Wongwaen, at a starting price of Bt3.39 million per unit. The project, which is located close to the new Srirat-Wongwaen expressway, is designed in modern contemporary style, with each home containing at least 106 square metres of usable space on 50 square wah (200 square metres) of land.
The Inizio 2 Pinklao-Wongwaen comprises 296 units on 61 rai (10 hectares) of land.
