Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has opened Vana Belle in Koh Samui, being the third hotel in the Luxury Collection brand in Thailand aside from Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok and The Naka Island Resort & Spa in Phuket.
