Siamraj establishes subsidiary to expand its energy business

Siamraj has set up SR Power Holding as its subsidiary with a 99.99-per-cent stake in order to expand its energy business.

Kiat Wimolchalao, chief executive of Siamraj, said: “The company is ready to move ahead towards growth, and we have set up SR Power Holding Co Ltd to cater to the energy business’ expansion in the future. 

“We see growth opportunities for the energy industry and are preparing to become an integrated player. This will help raise revenue and lower investment risks, allowing the business to grow sustainably.”

Siamraj is involved in natural-gas station engineering, natural gas for automobiles, and design and sales of industrial pumps and related systems for industrial factories and power plants.
