Pheu Thai, Thaksin says removal of nine ministers unfair

The Pheu Thai Party Thursday kept up it criticism of the Constitutional Court's decision on Wednesday to dismiss caretaker prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra as well as nine Cabinet members, saying it was wrong to ensnare other ministers.
Party executives and key members including Noppadon Pattama, legal adviser to fugitive former premier Thaksin Shinawatra, said the verdict was unfair.
Noppadon quoted Thaksin’s comment that the legal complaint was directed only at Yingluck, so the court should not have broadened their consideration to the other Cabinet members. The ministers had also deserved more chances to defend themselves.
