The Constitutional Court ruled Wednesday that the transfer of Thawil Pliensri from the post of National Security Council chief was unlawful, unconstitutional and unethical.
In the ruling, which was still being read, the court ruled that caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra ordered the transfer with a hidden agenda and with political interest as well as to benefit her relative.
As a result, the court rule that the transfer was prohibited by the law as it was unethical and was an act of conflict of interest.
