A section of Phetkasem Road in front of the Klai Kangwon Palace reverberated with shouts of "Long Live the King" as His Majesty the King exited from a gate to attend the coronation anniversary ceremony.
His Majesty’s car came out of the palace at 10:15 and moved slowly through tens of thousands of people, who were waiting along the Phetkasem section.
His Majesty waved to the subjects while his car moved along the way to enter another gate of the palace to preside over the ceremony at the Rajapracha Samakhom Pavilion to mark Royal Coronation Day.
