An advisor attached to the PM's Secretariat Thursday filed a complaint with the Department of Special Investigation against six Constitutional Court judges who nullified the February 2 election.
Pol Maj Gen Sangiem Samrarnrat alleged that the six judges violated Article 269 of the Penal Code because the Constitutional Court had no authority to accept the petition against the election for deliberation.
The six judges are Charoon Inthacharn, Jaral Phakdeethanakul, Thaweekiart Meenakasit, Nurak Mapraneet, Boonsong Kulbubpha, and Suphoj Khaimook.
