The Democrat Party is collecting evidence to seek a Constitution Court ruling to invalidate snap election held yesterday, said party deputy leader Ong-art Klampaiboon. He said the party will lodge a petition to the court soon through various channels.
He did not give further details.
He called on the caretaker government to revoke the state of emergency as it has negative impact on tourism, foreigners' confidence in the country and the country's economy.
