The National Anti-Corruption Commission Tuesday voted not to conduct an investigation against caretaker Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and 72 others related to the charter amendments of the Senate's composition.
The NACC decided to drop the case against Yingluck and 72 senators and former MPs.
Yingluck and the 72 senators and former MPs were among 381 senators and former MPs whom were filed complaints against for having supported the unconstitutional charter amendment bill.
The NACC said Yingluck and 64 senators and former MPs voted for the bill only in the third reading and eight others did not vote for the bill in the third reading so the NACC decided not to pursue the probe against them.
