Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has decided to appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court over the Central Administrative Court's order to reinstate Thawil Pliensri as chief of the National Security Council, Tongthong Chandransu, Permanent Secretary,
Yingluck said the government’s legal advisory committee headed by PM’s secretary-general Suranand Vejjajiva has recommended that she file an appeal in regard to the Thawil case.
Tongthong, member of the committee, said the committee believed the Supreme Administrative Court ruling is needed on the Thawil case as there is a legal ambiguity on whether the Central Administrative Court issued the ruling which interfered in the government’s administration.
