The Criminal Court Friday extradited a Briton to Australia to face charges of drug trafficking and money laundering.

The court ruled to extradite James Henry Kinch or Seamus Kinch, who is also known as Jame Mccarthy, 53, to Australia as requested by the Australian government.

The Australian government said Thailand has an extradition treaty with the United Kingdom and Australia is a member of the Commonwealth of Nations so the Thai government should extradite Kinch to Australia.
