The Office of the Private Education Commission will tell 1,232 tutorial schools and 1,078 language schools in Bangkok and provinces to close from July 13 to 28, Education Minister Jurin Laksanavisit said Friday.

He said the private tutorial and language schools would also be told to clean their classes and air-conditioners machines to prevent the outbreak of type-A (H1N1) influenza at the schools.
