Komsan Suwanampa,a Mae Hong Son authority said, "We will organise exercises during June  1-15, 2009 and install automatic rain water measures at five points."

The drills on June 2 will be conducted in Pangmapa district while on June 15 will be in Malanoi district, he said.

He added that there will be 422 people to monitor weather until the end of rainy season. The number of 3,439 volunteers and 440 rescue workers will be on stand-by to help people in case of emergency.
