What to do on National Children's Day
As the National Children's Day falls on Jan 12, 2013, public and private organisations are lining up activities for children. Here are some.
As usual, the Government House is welcoming children, who can line up to sit in Prime Minister’s chair.
Bank of Thailand will open Bang Khunphrom Palace’s doors to children on the day, from 9am to 2pm. Aside from games, puppet show and video presentations to boost financial literacy among the youth, children can also sit in Bank of Thailand governor’s chair.
At PTT’s headoffice, dinosaurs and games are awaiting with the budget rumoured to hit Bt12 million.
Bangkok Bank is handing out writing kits, including notebooks, pens, pencils, and pencil boxes. The kits were presented to representatives of schools, communities, and government offices to give to children as presents for Children's Day.
