Two Irrawaddy dolphin carcasses aged about five years old were swept ashore in tambon Bang Pu Mai at Samut Prakan's Muang district yesterday morning.

Weighing about 40kg and measuring 1.5m, the dolphins were estimated to be dead for at least a week and each carcass had a deep stomach cut, possibly from a boat propeller blade.
