Royal baby rumours after duke drops hint in New Zealand

Wellington - Rumours are rife that 8-month-old Prince Georgemay soon have a brother or sister following what is being interpreted as a hint by the duke of Cambridge at a meeting in the North Islandtown of Cambridge on Saturday.

Prince William was meeting Cynthia Read, the woman who made the lace shawl that was New Zealand’s gift to George on his birth, when he told her "you might have to make another one soon."

Read told the New Zealand Herald, "the way William said it was like he was dropping a hint, letting me in on a secret."

Journalists following the duke and duchess on their April 7-25 tour to New Zealand and Australia are now keenly interested to see if Kate has a glass of wine at a scheduled wine tasting event in Queens town on Sunday afternoon.
