Police seize smuggled cars
Customs Region 4 Director Prayut Maneechote yesterday announced the seizure of two luxury sports cars worth Bt30 million in Songkhla's Sadao district.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP550 and the Nissan GT R CD-R 35 car were seized and their Malaysian drivers Pern Kok Heng and Chew Eng Pian were arrested at Kanchanawanich Road in Ban Dan Nok. Officials found that the car registration papers had been forged to smuggle them into Thailand for sale later.
