Preparations are underway for the special audience His Majesty will grant to members of the Royal Family and civil servants at Klai Kangwon Palace on May 5,

Prachuap Khiri Khan Governor Veera Sriwattanatrakul said yesterday.
The special audience, held to mark Coronation Day, will start from 10am at Rajpracha Samakhom Pavilion inside the palace grounds.
Flags, lights and images of the beloved King are being put up along Phetkasem Road in Hua Hin, as officials make way for the huge numbers of people they expect will gather to witness the event.
His Majesty’s motorcade will leave Piemsuk Palace for the pavilion via Phetkasem Road.
This is same route that was used for the audience on His Majesty’s birthday last year, the governor said, adding that the event would be broadcast live on television.
Twelve large LED screens will be installed on Phetkasem Road so well-wishers can watch the audience.
