The junta yesterday allowed 12 more satellite TV stations, such as UDD, ASTV and BlueSky, to resume broadcasting. Thakorn Tantasit, secretary of the telecom regulator, said the stations would have to comply with the junta's conditions.

The NBTC will meet today to back the resumption of operations for stations suspended after the coup. The nine others are MV5, DNN, Asia Update, P&P, 4 Channel, FMTV, Hot TV, Rescue and a station operated by the Students’ and People’s Network for Thailand’s Reform.
