Airforce to transport crash victims home

The Royal Thai Airforce has arranged a C130 aircraft to transport the bodies of 13 Malaysian tourists who died after their coach crashed in Chiang Mai’s Doi Saket district on Sunday back to their country, a source reported yesterday.

After the autopsies of the victims were completed at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital and relatives notified, 12 families from Malaysia yesterday went the province to view the bodies. Thai authorities will also fly the relatives back to Malaysia later, the source said.
