There was serious babe action at the recent FHM Girls Next Door 2014 contest
With so many gorgeous gals vying for the title of this year’s FHM Girls Next Door award, the judges of the contest finals held recently at the Conrad Bangkok could be forgiven for hesitating over their choice. In the end, they picked Supanaree “Fern” Suttavijitwong with Thai-Belgium babe Natasha “Penny” Worajanyakul coming in as a close runner-up.
The 20-year-old winner took home prizes worth Bt200,000, the chance to appear on FHM’s cover, an acting role and the right to take part in an overseas FHM event.
Natasha didn’t do too badly either, picking up Bt50,000 and a fashion set shoot for the magazine.
Prior to the announcement of the winners, a troupe of foxy ladies entertained with a dance show then handed over the stage to the eight finalists all dressed to the nines in evening wear.
Weerapap Supappaiboon and Piyasan “Ricky” Khantasit acted as FHM’s emcees taking it in turns to interview all contestants on a sofa and reducing the audience to giggles with a spate of dirty jokes.
Weerapap asked Fern how she would feel being a sexy star and losing out on a private life.
“I’m always sexy, even when I wake up in the morning,” Fern replied. “I have to accept myself for what I am.”
Ricky then asked her about her most revealing piece of attire. “It’s a see-through nightie,” giggled Fern, who bears a resemblance to actress Panward “Pei” Hemmanee.
Penny was next on the treadmill with Weerapap asking her if she was felt sexy. Just as Penny replied in the affirmative, a spotlight exploded, causing Ricky to remark that her sex appeal must be very strong indeed.
Asked if being sexy helped her get on in life, Penny agreed it did and said it drew attention to her.
Asked what part of her anatomy she would most like to take a selfie of, Penny replied that her back would probably make for a sexy shot.
Both Fern and Penny won the hearts of established film director Prachya Pinkaew, leading fashion photographer Surasak “Rang” Ittirit and FHM Girls Next Door 2013 winner Pairaya “Poo” Lundgerg Suandokmai.
The interviews over, the contestants stripped down to their undies and paraded along the catwalk much to the delight of the guys in the audience who quickly snapped photos.
The event closed with an All-FHM GND fashion show by more than 30 FHM GND sexy girls.
