The U.S. dollar firmed against the euro on Thursday as traders worried about the lack of details in a European Union pledged to support debt-stricken Greece.
The euro currency was equivalent to USD1.3695 at 2200 GMT in New York,
compared to USD 1.3732 on Wednesday.
The U.S. fell to 89.70 yen from 89.92 yen late Wednesday.
