Thaksin to phone in four days ahead of his asset verdict

Ex-premier Thaksin Shinawatra is expected to contact his supporters via a video link four days ahead to the February 26 verdict on his Bt76 billion impounded assets, an event organiser said on Tuesday.
Bangkok 50, a clique of Pheu Thai Party, will organise a dinner talk for Thaksin to bear his feelings ahead of the crucial judicial decision, Kunthon Prachuabmoh said.
The banquet for some 200 Chinese tables has been planned. And contributions from the dinner would be donated to assist victims of the Haiti earthquake.
