Soi Rangnam blast regrettable: Suthep

The Defence Ministry has been assigned to boost the intelligence work to curb bomb attacks in the face of the Soi Rangnam blast injuring a man on Thursday's night, Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban said on Friday.
"As I have said before, there are people who want cause disturbances in order to portray the government as failing to rein in the situation," he said.
Suthep said the last night's bomb attack was regrettable and that the government was determined to prevent the spread of violence.
