Public prosecutors reasoned that since the court approved its first request to extradite Bout to the United States on charge that he had been involved in arms trading, the US government wants to cancel the second request.
The second extradition request against Bout is based on charges that Bout has been involved on money laundering.
The court has summoned Bout to appear in court on October 4 t hear his opinion before making a decision.
