Science Minister Khunying Kalaya Sophonpanich Tuesday voiced readiness to explain her wealth if a probe is launched into her asset statement.
"There is nothing suspicious about my asset statement," she said, denying the allegation that she had transferred her shares worth almost Bt100 million to her three daughters before assuming office.
Senator Ruagnkrai Leekitwattana sounded the alarm on Monday that Kalaya might have had her daughters acting as nominees to hold the shares on her behalf.
