Jittapas resigns to show responsibility over racy calendar handout


Jittapas Pirompakdee, an heiress to the Singha Beer fortune, Thursday announced her resignation as a political appointee at PM's Secretariat, to show responsibility for the distribution of racy Leo calendars inside the Government House's compound Wednesday.
Jittapas said she was sorry for her action and would resign as a staff of the secretary team of Panithan Wattanayakorn, deputy PM's secretary-general and acting government spokesman.
