Insurgent camp in Narathiwat seized

Narathiwat - Rangers, troops and marines jointly raided a camp of southern insurgents on a mountain here Tuesday morning.
But no arrest was made as the camp was deserted when the authorities arrived at 9:30 am.
The camp was hidden on a mountain about 2 kilometres away from Buajae village in Tambon Bongor in Ragnae district.
Five makeshift houses were found at the camp and the officials seized some M16 ammunitions, fertilisers and some equipment for assembling bombs from the camp.
