The domestic inflation rose for the 11th consecutive month, at 3.3 per cent in August 2010 after consumer prices rose 0.23 per cent from July.
The average domestic inflation for this year currently stands at 3.5 per cent, and is expected to be at 3.4 per cent for the year 2010, according to the Commerce
Ministry.
