Cabinet to enforce ISA in Songkha's 4 border districts

The Cabinet Tuesday approved the Internal Security Operations Command's proposal to enforce the Internal Security Act for four border provinces of Songkhla.
The ISA will be enforced for Chanae, Thepha, Nathawee and Saba Yoi districts from December 1 to November 2010.
The ISA enforcement will replace the declarations of emergency decree and martial law for the southern border province.
