Chuan admitted to hospital for muscle pain


Former prime minister Chuan Leekpai is admitted to a hospital after suffering a back pain during a hearing of Democrat dissolution trial at the Supreme Court.

Chuan, also Democrat chief advisor, was accompanied from the court room at 12.30pm.

He was part of legal team defending in the party dissolution. During the trial, Chuan was seen to be agitated. When the hearing finished, Chuan stood up as team of judges left the court room. He cried in pain as he sat down.

Then he was helped from the court room to the hospital. He was scheduled to meet doctors about his back pain in the afternoon.
