The Pathum Wan Municipal Court yesterday sentenced Connor Purcell, the Australian redshirt supporter, to one and a half months in jail.
Purcell, however, was given his freedom immediately given that he had already been detained long enough.
The Australian took part in the recent redshirt rally and was prosecuted for violating the emergency decree.
