Siam Cement to raise Bt5 bn from bond issue
Siam Cement plans to raise Bt5 billion through the public offering of five-year debentures, according to a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The bonds are the second issue of the year.
InterCon Hua Hin offers shuttle service
The InterContinental Hua Hin Resort has become the first hotel in Hua Hin to launch its own private air service to shuttle guests from Bangkok to the beachside city.
The exclusive service departs from either Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport direct to Hua Hin before a resort limousine whisks guests away for the 10-minute drive for check-in.
Ratchaburi Energy ups stake in wind farm
Ratchaburi Energy, a subsidiary of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Authority, will acquire a 21-per-cent stake in Phetchabun Wind Farm for Bt107.1 million, bringing its holdings up to 51 per cent.
The project has an installed capacity of about 60 megawatts and is scheduled for commercial operation in 2012.

CP All sees big leap in quarterly profit
CP All's quarterly consolidated net profit rose 43.3 per cent on-year to Bt1.77 billion on a 21.2-per-cent increase in revenue to Bt34.6 billion, thanks to growth in same-store sales and ready-to-eat meals.
