Best Asia-Pacific employers
Global human-resources firm Hewitt Associates has announced the launch of the Hewitt Best Employers in Thailand 2011 study.
It will aim to provide benchmarks and insights into how organisations drive business results through people.
The study enables an organisation to measure the effectiveness of its people practices, and will identify a shortlist of Hewitt Best Employers in Thailand 2011, said the company's regional director for Asia-Pacific consulting Smita Anand.
In the 2011 study, Hewitt will partner Chulalongkorn University's Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration. It will examine the impact of positive people practices on business success and evaluate the actions and behaviours of different employee segments that enable improved business performance.
Organisations can now register to take part in the research project by visiting www.hewitt.com/bestemployersapac.
The Thailand project is part of the Hewitt's Best Employers in APAC 2011 study, which is expected to represent the views of more than 2 million employees across the region. It has been expanded this year to cover more than 11 markets including Australia and New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia and the Middle East.
