G STEEL's board of directors approved an increase in the company's registered capital by Bt5.1 billion, from Bt13.86 billion to Bt18.96 billion, by issuing 5.1 billion new shares at a par value of Bt1 in order to accommodate the restructuring of its debts.
The new shares will be issued for a new subsidiary company, which was founded to restructure the company's debts under a bondsexchange programme.
CITY SPORTS AND RECREATION's second quarter net profit dropped to Bt9.71 million from Bt14.68 million over the same period last year.
THAIGERMAN CERAMIC INDUSTRY's second quarter consolidated net profit rose to Bt75.32 million from Bt12.63 million in the same quarter last year.
SIAM COMMERCIAL SAMAGGI INSURANCE's second quarter net profit rose to Bt49.80 million from a net loss of Bt67.23 million over the same period last year.
