Regional Container Lines' board of directors has approved an increase in investment in its Regional Container Lines and RCL Feeder subsidiaries.
Once the investment is increased, the registered capital of Regional Container will rise to Bt2.968 billion from Bt1.67 billion and RCL's registered capital will be increased to Bt4.47 billion from Bt1.05 billion. The investment increase is to strengthen the overall financial position of the group.
Loxley has established a new subsidiary - Loxley Investment - with a registered capital of Bt100 million divided into 10 million shares at Bt10 per share.
Kiatnakin Bank's board of directors has approved an interim dividend payment for the first six months of this year at the rate of Bt1 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 20.
