Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT) - a leading network security provider and worldwide leader of unified threat management (UTM) solutions, today announced at a channel partner training that Fortinet chose ITDC to provide RMA support for end customers in the country who need the assurance of a replacement part being delivered onsite within a given agreed timeframe.
This partnership will help improve support to Fortinet's Thai customers and partners as well as strengthen its market outreach for key vertical segments, such as government, education, financial, carrier and manufacturing. According to Adisorn Singluedej, vice president of ITDC (left in above picture) and Peerapong Jongvibool, country manager of Fortinet Thailand (right), this new program will help better service customers and partners, therefore growing Fortinet market entrenchment in the country.
