The Amway for Thai Society Foundation and Amway (Thailand) Ltd will continue their "One by One: One Voice Brightens the World" project, which produces audio books for visually impaired children, for a seventh year.
Permission has been sought from nine publishers to include 35 titles in this year's audio-book line-up. The publishers are: DMG Books, Amarin Printing and Publishing, Sataporn Books, Bee Media Group, Saengdao Publishing, Think Beyond Books, Busy-Day Publishing, Books2U and Success Media. Members of the general public will be given a chance to contribute as readers.
Kittawat Ritteerawee, general manager of Amway (Thailand) and a director of the foundation, said: "We expect to produce 10,500 CDs in DAISY [Digital Accessible Information System] format, comprising 35 book titles."
