Pheu Thai electoral candidate Kokaew Pikultong yesterday transformed his remand cell into a recording studio for a campaign message on the July 25 by-election for Bangkok Constituency 6.
Under joint permission from the Criminal Court and the Department of Corrections, Kokaew was allowed to make his three-minute speech to be aired by the Election Commission, which provides equal-time platforms for every electoral candidate to speak to voters via state-run media outlets.
