Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext: Paris and NYSE: ALU) today announces its appointment of Athi Telecom as its reseller to promote and offer its industry-leading convergent communications products addressing the customers' network requirements in all market segments such as service providers, strategic industries and enterprises in Thailand.
Athi Telecom Co., Ltd. and Alcatel-Lucent (Thailand) have a long standing business partnership from selling the Alcatel's PABX solutions, which have deployed in more than 1,200 companies and government units across Thailand, and now encompasses the enterprise's next-generation unified communications & collaboration solutions as well as dynamic mission-critical communications systems. This enhanced partnership will further both parties' stronger synergy positions in the strategic industries segment.
