Bank of Ayudhya launches KRUNGSRI Refinance, a home refinancing campaign that offers zero interest for six months plus a waiver of refinancing fees, in a move to capture no less than Bt700 million worth of new refinancing loans within July 2010.
Takorn Piyaphand, senior vice president for consumer banking, said, this campaign provides a solution to reduce montly installments. From the 7th to 12th month, they will enjoy the MLR rate minus 3.65 percentage points and the minus 1 percentage point cut is applied in the second year until the end of the contract.
Approved customers will also enjoy additional benefits such as a waiver of refinancing fees which include collateral assessment fees, legal contract fees, and/or collateral registration fees.
