Pruksa Real Estate is confident its second-quarter presales will reach almost Bt10 billion despite the political turbulence.
Chief operating officer Prasert Taedullayasatit said bookings in April and May were valued at Bt4.8 billion.
This month, Pruksa launched two new condominiums - The Seed Atom and The Tree Kiak-Kai Station - which generated presales worth Bt2.5 billion in the first week.
Prasert said he was confident total presales in the quarter would set a new record. In the first quarter, Pruksa's presales reached a record Bt8.59 billion.
