Red shirts' core leader Jatuporn Prompan will report to DSI on Tuesday at 1pm, Tharit Pengdit, director of department of special investigation (DSI) said Monday.
Jatuporn was among red shirts leaders who surrendered to police and ended Rajprasong rally last week.
They were issued arrest warrants for violating emergency laws.
Jatuporn, a Pheu Thai MP, has parliamentary immunity was temporarily freed after using parliamenatry immunity.
Tharit added that the other reds leaders who were detained at a police camp in Phetburi province denied the charges.
"This week DSI will ask court to issue arrest warrants for alleged terrorists. I could not reveal the number of those who would face arrest warrants. However we are sure that they are core leaders and supporters of terrorism," he said.
