In the move to boost mortgage loans, Krung Thai Bank offers the 6-month zero-rate campaign during the Money Expo.
For those purchasing the bank's non-performing asset, they are entitled to loans worth 110 per cent of the property value and a one-year grace period.
The expo will take place during May 6-9 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
