RED SHIRTS RALLY

Red shirts threatened to cut power to the 11th Infantry Regiment

The red shirts on Monday threatened to cut electricity to the 11th Infantry Regiment if its public relation officials did not stop using powerful loud speakers to compete with their own speakers.

After the red shirt reached the 11th Infantry Regiment, the army's public relation team welcomed the protesters through a loudspeaker in northeastern dialect calling on them to rally in peace. The army tried to reduce tension asking the protesters to see soldiers as their own children.

The red shirts initially did not know whether the voice was that of their leaders but when Veera Musikapong, one of the red shirts leader arrived at the scene with a truck loaded with loudspeaker systems, then they realised the voice was from the army.

Veera asked the army to stop using their loud speakers which are louder than his speakers otherwise the red shirts will cut the power to the 11th Infantry Regiment, the demand which was met.
