The Thai Association of Landscape Architects has postponed the International Landscape Expo 2010 to April 1-4, on concerns of political demonstrations.
The event was originally set for March 18-21 at Crystal Design Centre on Ekamai-Ram Indra Road.
TCC Capital Land will also indefinitely delay the launch of its residential project, Villa Asoke, from March 19.
However, Home Product Centre will keep the door open for its HomePro Expo at Impact Muang Thong Thani. The organiser remains positive that the 10-day event, kicked off today, will generate sales of Bt650 million.
HomePro managing director Khunawut Thumpomkul said the company is ready to move salesperson from the site if the protesters blocked important places. Good news is he considered the venue far enough from the demonstration centres.
