The skies above Phetchburi will be filled with colour for the International Kite Festival on March 13 and 14 at the Patrol Police Base in Cha Am district. All kinds of kites will ride the sea breeze, including the battling chula and pak pao warriors. See an exhibition of children’s art and enjoy other family-oriented activities as well.
