NC Housing projects 17% growth this year

Property firm NC Housing this year will launch three new residential projects worth between Bt1 billion and Bt1.5 billion and expects full-year sales growth of 17 per cent.

Managing director Somchao Tanterdtham yesterday told a press conference the country's economic recovery was an important factor in the company's decision to proceed with the three new projects. Another is that its stock is now low.

One of the projects, worth Bt300 million, will be in Pattaya and will consist of single-detached houses. The other two will be in Bangkok.

NC Housing expects presales of Bt1.9 billion this year, up 16.56 per cent from Bt1.63 billion last year.

The company's backlog of projects sold and waiting for transfer to customers is worth Bt300 million.

NC Housing has eight projects for sale worth Bt3 billion in inventory, which will generate income this year and next. This has led the company to launch new residential projects this year to replace inventory.
