Pheu Thai MP Wisaradee Techatheerawat yesterday met with police and prosecutors to acknowledge her indictment for contempt of the Constitution Court.
A police report recommended trying Wisaradee, because of a censure speech she gave in April.
Her remarks were critical of the high court for finding fault with and dissolving the People Power Party last year.
Defence lawyer Karom Polthaklang filed a defence motion asking that statements be taken from 20 additional witnesses before prosecutors drew a conclusion in the case.
The prosecution review will be completed by December 24.
