BIMSTEC leaders observe minute of silence for HM

BIMSTEC leaders attending the BRICS BIMSTEC Outreach Summit in Goa, India on Sunday observed a minute's silence in memory of the late King of Thailand, His Majesty Bhumibhol Adulyadej, at the retreat.
